Grandpa Texas

For those of you that don't know, my grandpa, Richard Arnold Sauter, passed away on February 9th. He had been sick with cancer for quite a while. He is my mom's dad. He was 65 years old. Here are some pictures, silly and serious, of him.
I love my grandpa very much and will miss him lots. But I know I will see him again. So goodbye for now, but not forever.

First Photography Assignment

Actually, that is not true. Our first was to take a picture and develop it using pinhole camera's and I had nothing to post on that. For this assignment we have to take a picture of.......Wait for it.......A chair!!! I know amazing, right? So these are some of what I've taken so far. It's focusing on filling the space, emptying the space of extra things(no one sitting on the chair, etc.), and framing(it has to go off two of the four edges). Here are some of them. Which is your favorite?
Just so you know....The pictures of Emily are not for the assignment but I might enter one in the schools art show. Let me know what you think by commenting. Thanks!!
