Happy Birthday Queen Liz and Princess Megan ;)

We left at 8:15 to meet up with Annie and her family to watch the parade. We staked out near the palace and once the queen passed we ditched out. I stuck with Annie and we went shopping, which was a good way to see the city again. We went to Byron's burgers for lunch.

After I split with them, I came home and started packing up my bag.

I went to Nando's for dinner with Sarah and then we played poker and blackjack for the last time :(

Friday the 10th London Sweet London

This morning we woke up ready to get all the things done we needed to for our last couple days in London. We went and said goodbye to Big Ben. We went to the National Gallery and looked through the gift shop and said goodbye to the wings that Martha taught us so well.

 Then we went to the British Museum and said goodbye to the Parthenon Marbles.

 Then off to the Tate Britain which was a new one for us, but it was great. I really liked it. :)

Except this. This was art made out of real bread, which had then molded. Moldy Bread art, not really my thing

Saw MI6

Happened to pass this car on the way home from MI6 (I think James Bond is near)

Then, that evening, we were going to play poker and watch Hercules, but Kaitlyn and Ashley went to see the Tardis, and got lost coming back, so me and Jacque played poker with fake bets like the Antennae of a butterfly, and one of Prince Harry's hairs, and ponies and geese. It was pretty great. Tomorrow is the Queen's Parade!

Goodbye Ireland - Day 3

We got to sleep in a little bit later today before heading out to hit a few of the museums in London for our last day.

We went to the Garden of Remembrance which was cool.

 Walked through town to the National Gallery.

 After the National Gallery, we went to lunch at Subway and then went to St Stephen's Green and walked through the Park.

 Then we went to the Museum of Natural History and Archaeology.

 After walking around and going to another few museums we hopped on a bus back to the airport, but it was 30 minutes late and we were freaking out that we wouldn't make it to the airport in time, but we did. And then our flight was delayed so it wasn't that big a deal.

We finally got on our plane and headed home. We missed our coach from the airport so we had to wait for the next one. Then catch a bus, then we got home! It was past midnight but I still had to do laundry so I didn't get to bed until 2am. But home sweet home. :)
