Happy Birthday Megan!
After driving the last three hours to San Diego, we got to check in early at our condo (or whatever you want to call it) and unpack. There were two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom attached. One of the rooms had a "futon" shoved in the closet, and the three girls claimed that one, because the "futon" made it sleep three. My parents took the other, but shared their closet with the boys. The boys got to sleep on the pull out couch. After dropping off stuff, we immediately suited up for the beach and lunch. We went to Panera for the lunch part, and we took it to the beach with us. We went to a rocky beach just off a road. I think it was called Torry Pines or something similar. Though it was rocky, and the tide was high, it was tons of fun. Really it was the beach that made me happy today. We got to try out both boogie boards; the sand rider, and the wave rider. It was tons of fun. After we went to the pool where, while waiting for Dad to get the pool key, I pulled at least two cups of sand (and that wasn't all of it) out of the swim shorts I wear over my swim suit. I dumped it on the ground, and then several bugs came out of it. *Shudder.* Not a good thought, bugs in your pants. After we soaked in the hottub for a while, we went home, showered and prepared to go out for Megan's Birthday dinner. We went to Olive Garden. After coming home, Mom and the rest the kids sat at home watching Disney Chanel while me and Dad ran to the grocery store, Vons, to get breakfast and lunch foods for the week and cupcakes to celebrate. All that there was left was Graduation themed. But hey, Hippo Birdie Two Ewe Megan. Finally, we all collapsed into bed.
| No, this isn't Ethan's, it's Megans. The 14 year old. |

I resent the comment that I sat around watching Disney Channel- I most certainly did not! You have me to thank for clean towels the next day missy!
My Mom loves that Boynton card. I think she gave it to my dad one year because I actually remember him saying it all the time...
Hippo Birdie Two Ewes, Megan!
